Really good Hospitality and Tasty Scottish Delights

The staff treated us like family, accommodating our every request with warmth. The food, especially the homemade burgers, was good. Cozy up by the fire with a coffee afterwards. It's the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend for great dining!

Beautiful location, friendly staff and great value for money.

Peaceful location, the staff were attentive. Btw, the airport was 30 km away. We liked rooms with large bathroom.

The breakfast was good and the staff serving the breakfast were attentive and polite.

The bathroom needed to be updated with new grouting and sealant around the bath.

Hadn't stayed at the Kirkhouse for a number of years because it had changed in its character and staff, but am delighted to say under the present ownership the hotel has improved no end.The staff were helpful, pleasant...  

I would not stay at this hotel again for the following reasons; poor customer service, poor quality of food, unacceptable waiting time to be served food, unacceptable noise levels coming from the bar below my room from the evening entertainment which went on until midnight which we were not told about. This stay was for a special occasion for some relaxing time in a country setting, however the whole experience was completely the opposite and ruined our stay

The bathroom was a little tired and windows needed a lick of paint but it did not detract from our stay

Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean the option to control heating was welcomed. Dinner was excellent and service was good. Entertainment was O.K. Had a superb nights sleep with no disturbances. Breakfast was...

Hotel location nice lounge and sitting area outside good. Staff pleasant.

Room was nice but fan was a bit noisey from kitchen had to get moved to another room slightly better for noise but not so nice in decor. Evening meal food portions poor. Poor breakfast coffee and tea cold and poor times for holiday weekend.

The hotel room we stayed in was of a good size and was very cozy. The food was amazing one of the best meals ive ever had, there is a great choice for breakfast too. The room was spotless...  

So glad we chose it, spent 3 lovely days here. The staff were attentive and knew the area. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice for walking around Strathblane Falconry. Visited few places in the centre, just...  

Had a lovely time enjoying the cozy suite and a delicious dinner there! The lounge area was perfect for unwinding and catching the game with some locals. The room felt a bit worn, but it didn't dampen the overall charm. I’d recommend giving it a visit! 😊

Impressive room for the rate.

The hotel decor was unexpectedly luxurious and attractive,particularly the many paintings.We liked the staff, who were all charming and helpful.The surrounding scenery was splendid. Room was fine.

To be honest,the restaurant fare was a little disapointing,particularly our dinner on the first evening. Next evening was fine!
